My encounter with Air France LOS Terminal was a mix of areas that needed improvement and efficiency. Passengers were assisted by skilled and amiable workers using both traditional counters and self-service kiosks during the seamless check-in process. An upbeat atmosphere was created for the trip by the staff's expertise and swift luggage handling. After check-in, though, the terminal's amenities were lacking.
During lengthy waits, the small and frequently congested seating spaces provided little comfort. There weren't many dining options, and the food wasn't up to par for an international terminal. Pre-flight was made more stressful by the comprehensive but sluggish security, long lines, and uneven instructions. Accessing important trip information was also challenging due to erratic Wi-Fi availability.
Positively, the flight left on schedule after they were on board. Throughout the trip, the cabin crew offered prompt, amiable service, and the airplane was tidy and comfortable. Even though Air France's in-flight experience was superb overall, the total travel experience would be substantially improved by major upgrades to the terminal's amenities and operational effectiveness at LOS.
